1. Who we are, and who we are not
AesthetiConf is an independent directory of congresses, symposia and trade shows in aesthetic surgery, dermatology and beauty.
We are not the organiser of any listed event. We do not sell tickets, take registrations or collect attendance fees. Registration, payment, schedule changes and refunds are decided by each event's organiser.
2. Accuracy of event information
We cross-check dates against each event's official site and publish the last verification date on every event. Even so, organisers may change details at any time without notice.
Confirm on the official site before booking flights or hotels. If you spot an error, a reporting form is available on every event page.
Where two sources give different dates, the event is labelled "needs verification" with both figures shown. We would rather state our degree of certainty than project false confidence.
3. Clinical content
Articles in the Knowledge section are informational. They do not replace a physician's diagnosis, prescription or in-person advice. Any aesthetic intervention requires an in-person consultation at a licensed facility.
Clinical articles carry a named physician reviewer with their title and practising certificate number as of the signing date.
4. Organiser-supplied content
Information submitted by organisers remains the organiser's responsibility. We rewrite the public description and manually review every organiser submission before publication, but we do not warrant the accuracy of the original information.
Organisers are responsible for their own compliance with Vietnamese rules on advertising medical examination and treatment services, including the requirement for prior advertising content approval under Decree 84/2024 and Decree 342/2025.
5. Paid listing tiers
A listing tier affects ordering and placement. It does not affect editorial content, does not shorten the moderation queue, does not permit removal of the "needs verification" label, and does not permit hiding unfavourable information about an event.
An event that has not cleared the moderation queue cannot activate a paid tier — that is a database-level constraint, not a verbal commitment.
6. Copyright
Event facts (name, dates, location, URL) are not protected by copyright. Descriptions, editorial work and articles on this site are AesthetiConf's copyright.
Organisation logos are used only where the organisation has linked an account or granted written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AesthetiConf is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this site, including travel, accommodation or registration costs for an event that is changed or cancelled.
